ABOUT ADR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS, INC.
We teach non-confrontational methods of resolving differences and conflict.
We are dedicated to exploring new means of resolving conflicts through cooperation, conciliation, and collaboration.
We strive to educate, instruct and guide your organization or business to be a respectful, non-threatening and talent-nurturing environment.
To achieve these goals, we will partner with other similarly-minded individuals and entities that believe that a peaceful, non-combative and non-adversarial process works more effectively in reaching and building an acceptable win-win resolution than would the alternative.
ADR Educational Systems, Inc. will accomplish this mission through webinars, e-learning modules, and “live” training, tailored to the needs of each individual situation.
One of our first endeavors in this area has been to collaborate with the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”), world renowned as the arbiter of conflict resolution. Together, we have developed and provided the “gold-standard” in training Florida Circuit Civil Mediators to become panel participants in the Supreme Court ordered (AOSC09-054) Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program. ADR Educational Systems, Inc. created and developed the course for this program.
We are available to create and develop programs in this field for law firms and solo practitioners, mediators, business ventures, public and private organizations that strive to achieve their mission through these means.
Please check this page frequently as we endeavor to evolve ever-more creative and timely concepts and methods to achieve better outcomes through alternate dispute resolution.
